Our Work
GAPSS is aligning protection and progress in one direction. Making safer, accurate decisions that integrate historical and real-time data to graphically present information and alerts, which assists in monitoring services for large civil construction projects

Structural Assessment of UHPC Girders
Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) is a new class of concrete that has been developed in recent decades. The client observed a minor crack during erection and placement due to which a structural stability certificate was needed to cast slab over UHPC. GAPSS, deputed by IIT-Bombay performed structural health assessment through instrumentation and provided reliable data to IIT to make the necessary decision on the structural stability of the UHPC Girder

Diagnostic Assessment of a 120 Years Old Bridge
The bridge is located in Kazipet, Telangana completed its design life. GAPSS was involved in the deployment and commission of the instrumentation as per the approved scheme for the purpose of data recording and data generation under externally applied loads. Data Processing and analysis of responses acquired from field investigations were done through advance instrumentation. The scope included the preparation of the technical report based on field investigations, observations, and specific recommendations .

Commissioning of Long term Structural Health Monitoring on Highway Bridge
GAPSS Installed sensors that provide a versatile platform for remote monitoring of structures on a wide range of structural quantities; examples include but not limited to; strain (stress), vibration, tilt, inclination, temperature, humidity, and acoustic emission events. Having monitored all these important structural quantities in real time, the proposed sensors provide reliable tools to measure overstrain, metal fatigue, formation of cracks, movement and stability of foundation in building complexes, as well as monitoring vibration and performing modal analysis.

Technical Consultancy on Preparation of SHM Scheme
GAPSS was employed by IIT-Hyderabad in providing technical inputs into the preparation of structural health monitoring scheme and facilitate in formulating the threshold values for sensors to generate alarm during a catastrophic event.
